Our home-made tartare sauce is made with love and care by using a classic mayonnaise base, mixed with finely diced [brunoise] gherkins & capers with finely chopped parsley & dill topped with a splash of apple vinegar and seasoning. A must-have for fish and chips, fishcakes and whole-tail Scampi.
